Crisis continually adapts how we deliver our services to meet the needs of our members and we have 2 exciting opportunities to join Client Services to ensure our policies and procedures are reviewed and developed collaboratively with staff, members and volunteers.

We are recruiting one Policy and Procedure Officer on a Permanent basis and one Christmas Policy & Procedure Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract. 

About the role
As Policy and Procedure Officer, you will support the Procedure and Governance Manager to ensure that all Client Services operational polices are in place, reviewed and developed collaboratively with staff, members, and volunteers; and that they are effectively rolled out and embedded.

As Christmas Policy and Procedure Officer, you will lead on work with the Crisis at Christmas team to ensure that policy standard, policy development, roll-out and monitoring processes are in place; and collaboration with staff, members and Crisis at Christmas volunteers is embedded. 

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

•    Experience in developing policies, processes, and procedures 
•    Experience of project planning and delivery, including monitoring and evaluation, and working to targets
•    Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage a high-volume workload and manage conflicting priorities
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Accuracy and attention to detail
