About us 

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it. 

Crisis is working with people and organisations across Merseyside to end homelessness. This roles offers the opportunity to support our busy team to do this.  

About the role 

As Receptionist and Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact for Crisis Skylight Merseyside. You will provide a welcoming environment for members and support the Skylight Coordinator with a range of administrative duties. 

This is a fixed term role for 18 months. 

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have / be: 

  • Calm when working with individuals with a range of needs 

  • Experience of confidently signposting people to the appropriate pathway or service 

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and members’ needs 

  • Administrative experience supporting a busy team
