The Data Imports Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems, joining at a time of growth and evolution for the organisation

About the role

As Data Imports Administrator, you will contribute to the maintenance of Crisis’ data pipeline, ensuring the timely movement of constituent and gift data into the Raiser’s Edge. Using a variety of tools, you will collate data from a variety of sources, prepare it for and execute imports. You will also work closely with the Data Integrations Analyst and Data Technician to maintain the quality and integrity of Crisis’ systems through data administration and cleaning.

This is a 18-month fixed term contract.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and experience in running advanced administration features of The Raiser’s Edge, or any similar CRM. You will have experience in setting up and running complex data imports using standard import functions or a third-party tool such as ImportOmatic. You will also have the ability to work methodically and accurately, with attention to detail.
