About the role
As Retail Systems Analyst, you will help support and shape the use of new and existing systems and technologies in our Enterprise and Innovation (E&I) team. You’ll provide the technical expertise to advise, support and enable the use of technology (notably retail technology such as EPOS and E-Commerce) as well as the management of data (and documents). Further, you’ll act as the bridge between digital, data and technology helping capture requirements and aligning work and priorities across both areas.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of technology in a retail context, with tangible experience of managing EPOS and/or Ecommerce Systems. With a passion for staying at the cutting edge, you’ll build strong collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external providers, fostering a culture of positive change in relation to technology. You’ll also be adept at supporting end users, developing relevant collateral to support a system (user guides, process flows, for example), as well as capturing new and evolving requirements.
You may have experience in; Business Systems Analyst, Application support, Retail Technology Analyst, Shopify, Tills, charity retail.
