Crisis fundraising has been incredibly successful in recent years but now wants to ensure future success through a wholly audience driven strategic approach. Ensuring audience thinking and insight sit at the centre of the everything we do. That is how we will ensure we engage, excite and inspire our supporters to work with us to end homelessness soon.
Title: Audience Strategy Manager (known internally as Fundraising Audience Lead Manager)
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: London (Working from home is an option in line with Crisis’ homeworking policy - minimum of one day a week in the office)
About the role
As Fundraising Audience Lead Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the fundraising team is truly driven by an audience focus, insight and curiosity. Shifting the fundraising department from its current product led approach to one where the strategy and all subsequent plans and tactics are audience focused.
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in audience driven strategic thinking. You will combine curiosity and creativity with an ability to successfully manage cultural change projects. You will be experience in a broad range of research and insight techniques and be able to form great relationships and influence others. Most importantly you will think Crisis supporters are amazing individuals and have a passion to create strategic approaches that understand and meet their needs and wants.
You may have experience in Marketing, Advertising or fundraising and you’ll definitely have worked in a space that was driven by insight and audience understand. Whilst you’ll have a passion for ending homelessness you don’t need to have experience in the area .You have led audience strategic thinking but also change projects, You’ll have managed projects, met deadlines and successfully delivered against agree targets. And you’ll be ready to make sure that fundraising drives results through a passion for and an understanding of, their audiences.
