About the role
As Case Management System Consultant (known internally as Client Information Systems Consultant), you will help to support and further develop our case management system MAPS (Member Achievement and Progression System). MAPS is built on MS Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, and uses Power BI as a reporting tool. MAPS enables our staff to fully support the homeless people they work with while also providing data for service management and research.
Your role will be to provide support to our 500+ users in our 11 Skylight Centres around the UK and to continue to develop the solution in line with their requirements and the evolving needs of Crisis as an organisation. You will be developing and implementing new customisations in Dynamics 365 and also developing reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI. When new functionality is developed you will be involved in delivering training to end-users.
The role can be based in any of our 11 Skylight Centres around the UK and will require some travel to all 11 Skylight Centres and occasional overnight stays.

To be successful in this role you will have:
demonstrable experience of developing solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power BI or experience of any CRM system
strong knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
experience of working in a cloud-based environment
ability to communicate with many different types of audience
the ability to manage your own time
If you lack technical experience of Dynamics or a similar CRM system but can demonstrate a strong background in working with people who are homeless and have strong general IT skills we would also welcome your application.
