The ambitious Individual Supporters Team at Crisis plays a key role in our successful and innovative Fundraising Programme – raising over £30m per year. The team is vital to the long-term income growth of the organisation, recruiting new individual supporters, and increasing the engagement of existing supporters through an audience-led communications programme of diverse channels and products.
About the role
As Individual Supporters Officer (known internally as Individual Supporters Executive), you will lead on developing and delivering inspiring, innovative, and cost-effective Direct Marketing campaigns, informed by insight, to achieve increasing levels of net income from supporters through a planned programme of acquisition and development activities. You will also contribute to the analysis of the results and impact of all direct marketing activities.
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and passionate about working for a charity committed to ending homelessness. Your experience will include working across a variety of direct marketing channels to deliver a great experience for supporters. You will be able to work on your initiative, and have a strong proactive approach to project management, especially at the moment whilst we are working from home.
This role will suit someone creative, organised, and committed to the vision, mission, and values of Crisis.
You may have experience in direct marketing or individual giving fundraising.
