This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative EA to support our CEO and Senior Management Team in the mission to end homelessness.
About the role
As Executive Assistant within our small, collaborative team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the effectiveness of our CEO and other members of our Senior Management Team through diary support, meeting and events support and coordination, project management and other ad-hoc administrative support. This is an extremely rewarding and valued role working with our senior leadership, and an opportunity to make a real difference in our mission to end homelessness.
This role is based in London and you will be required to work from the London office a minimum of 2 days per week.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience of providing a full range of executive support to a Senior Management Team or Board including diary management, travel, logistics and meeting support
A proven track record of providing administrative or secretariat support for complex meetings and events
Excellent administration, project management and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively and confidently at all levels
