About the role
We have been growing HR Business Partnering at Crisis which as a result has created opportunities for the HR function to contribute to the delivery of our organisational aims. The post holder will partner with our Organisational Development and Corporate Services directorates. We have exciting plans for you to support, including large-scale organisational change projects such as our programme with ambitions to maximise the potential of digital, data and technology to end homelessness. You will provide a proactive, credible partnering approach. Your expertise will help us grow as an employer and help you grow as an HR professional. This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive and driven team!
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
Location: Hybrid working - 1 day a week in the London office
Successful candidates will have experience working at HR Business Partner level, providing insight, and driving improvements on a broad range of areas that impact employment. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on influencing organisational direction, including delivering change. You’ll be confident to coach and challenge at senior level. You will also have a passion to collaborate with HR colleagues and contribute to shared projects such as building on our approach to workforce planning. You will be an inspiring line manager, able to lead a team of HR Advisors to deliver a quality advisory service.
