About the role
As a coach you will be working with a case load of members and deliver quality coaching support that enables members to achieve their housing goals and leave homelessness for good. This role requires experience of working with those who face multiple disadvantages in society. You will be using variety of interventions from coaching, motivational interviewing to information advice and guidance.
About you
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and driven person to join the team as a Coach in the Structured Coaching team. You will have experience of providing flexible, person-centred support to people. You will have experience of working in multidisciplinary setting and supporting members to access suitable accommodation options.
This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
