Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.
Crisis Skylight Merseyside has been open since 2011 and has grown with the homelessness demand in the city. In these uncertain times, it’s vital that we continue to support our members and this role will be a front-line support.
About the role
As the Initial Contact and Engagement Advisor, you will be working within the reception and admin team and supporting our members through engagement and first contact. This is a varied role, and as well as working closely with our members you will also be involved in the support of the wider Crisis Skylight Merseyside team, and smooth running of the office.
To be successful in this role you have experience working in customer service, administration and will ideally have worked with complex individuals in a front-line capacity.
As a member of the team you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits including:
- Interest free loans to purchase a train season ticket or a bike or for a deposit to secure a tenancy
- Mandatory pension scheme, with an employer contribution of 8.5%
- 25 days’ annual leave which increases with service to 28 days
Alongside our excellent staff benefits, we will support your ongoing development to build your skills, experience and career.
